A blend of three Northern Italian varietals, the 2019 La Vita has Refosco leading the way, followed by Nebbiolo and Dolcetto. Primary scents of cardamom, cinnamon, tobacco, and potpourri fill the nose. As the wine opens secondary scents of cranberry, currant, and red fruits begin to appear.  On the palate the wine has a bright acidity, creamy mid-palate, and a lasting savory finish.  The extended barrel aging of 30 months allows the wine to integrate and soften the overall mouthfeel.
