Blanc de Noirs Sparkling Wine from the North Coast showcases bright aromas of melon, citrus and cherries. With hints of peach, melon and honeydew on the mid-palate that are carried through to a lengthy finish by mouthwatering acidity.

The 2024 Chardonnay from Monterey County has aromas of tropical passionfruit, mango, and lemon zest.  Flavors of pear, meyer lemon, and green apples mingle well on the palate.

The Santa Cruz Mountains Chardonnay opens with floral and citrus aromatics. Meyer lemon, orange zest, tropical fruit, minerality, and buttered toast notes on the palate persist. Sweet, well integrated oak does not overpower this light and fruit-forward Chardonnay.

Primary aromas of pear, green apple, and honeysuckle fill the nose. Secondary aromas of caramel and crème Brule follow. On the palate this wine expresses minerality, vibrant acidity, and a long creamy finish.

This Pinot Grigio is vibrant and fruity.  Citrus and tropical fruit aromas jump out of the glass.  Notes of key lime, guava, orange blossom, and peach develop as the wine opens up.  Balanced acidity and a lingering citrus finish leave you wanting more. Lively, bright and refreshing, this wine is perfect for a hot summer day. 

The nose is vibrant with citrusy notes lemon rind, tangerine, and lemongrass. Flavors of ripe, juicy stone fruits tango with vibrant citrusy notes on the palate. A backbone of mouthwatering acidity holds the wine together and gives it a lengthy finish. 

This Rosé expresses notes of fresh flowers, watermelon, and strawberries.  On the palate the wine is fresh, savory, and fruity. This Rosé is slightly off dry with a bright with balanced acidity, making it the perfect wine for a warm summer day.

Our 2023 offering of Sauvignon Blanc is pale yellow in appearance with a slight tinge of green.  The aroma is filled with scents of lemongrass, grapefruit, green apple, and finishes with light mineral notes.  The palette is fresh, crisp and dry.  The mineral notes shine in the mid-palette while the grapefruit and grass linger on the finish.

The word Ramato means ‘copper’ in Italian. Named Vino Ramato because the wine develops an orange copper hue from Pinot Grigio grapes being vinified like a red wine. The grapes are crushed and fermented on the skins for 13 days to develop the color and unique texture. Aromas of dried fruit, apricot, and orange peel fill the nose.   On the palate the wine has a mouthwatering acidity and slight tannins to give it a lengthy finish.  

This wine offers aromas of tropical fruits, white peach, nectarine, and floral notes.  The palate follows suit with bright flavors of stone and citrus fruits, and a nice element of minerality.  This medium-bodied white wine has a bright acidity and finishes with persistent flavors of sweet tropical fruit.
