The 2024 Chardonnay from Monterey County has aromas of tropical passionfruit, mango, and lemon zest. Flavors of pear, meyer lemon, and green apples mingle well on the palate.
Primary aromas of pear, white peach, and apricot fill the nose. Secondary aromas of honey and Crème Brule follow. On the palate this wine expresses minerality and a vibrant acidity. Sweet, well integrated oak does not overpower this light fruit-forward Chardonnay.

The word Ramato means ‘copper’ in Italian. Named Vino Ramato because the wine develops an orange copper hue from Pinot Grigio grapes being vinified like a red wine. The grapes are crushed and fermented on the skins for 13 days to develop the color and unique texture. Aromas of dried fruit, apricot, and orange peel fill the nose. On the palate the wine has a mouthwatering acidity and slight tannins to give it a lengthy finish.
This wine offers aromas of tropical fruits, white peach, nectarine, and floral notes. The palate follows suit with bright flavors of stone and citrus fruits, and a nice element of minerality. This medium-bodied white wine has a bright acidity and finishes with persistent flavors of sweet tropical fruit.
