Tasting Notes
The Tuxedo Red is a luscious blend of nine different varietals, each bringing its own character to the blend. The nine components of the blend represent the nine lives of our late winery cat, Tuxedo. Tuxedo is a fruit forward wine with primary aromas of plum, blackberry, and clove. Upon tasting, secondary notes of baking spices and dark fruits release on the palate. This juicy full-bodied wine has a long finish that lingers on the palate like a Tuxedos cat purr that you can still feel even after they’ve left the room.
Pairing Suggestions
Suggested food pairings include BBQ tri-tip and grilled game meats.
