Tasting Notes
Starting from a native fermentation, this wine is un-fined, un-filtered, and is minimally processed for a pure expression of Pinot Noir. Aromas of plum, cherry, and orange blossom are complemented beautifully by elegant French oak. On the palate this wine is juicy, creamy, and savory. Elegant tannins and nice acidity create a wine sip with a lasting finish, as is typical of the famed Mount Eden clone.
