Tasting Notes

Of the four clones of Pinot Noir grown at our estate vineyard, the Dijon clone is the most light and elegant.  This Pinot Noir is terroir driven, characterized by earthy, stony, and mineral notes. Secondary notes of cranberry and allspice show as the wine begins to open.  On the palate this wine is creamy, savory, and tart. This Pinot is a food lover’s dream.  Enjoy now through 2030.
