Tasting Notes
Our 2023 Rosé of Syrah comes from Dorcich Vineyard in the Santa Clara Valley. The grapes were whole cluster pressed immediately after being harvested to minimize skin contact, which resulted in the beautiful light salmon color. This wine showcases lovely aromas of rose petal and wild berries. On the palate, it is both savory and fruit-forward, with notes of strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and peach. This Rosé is dry with bright with balanced acidity, making it the perfect wine for a warm summer day.
