Of the four clones of Pinot Noir grown at our estate vineyard, the Dijon clone is the most light and elegant. This 2021 Pinot Noir is terroir driven, characterized by earthy, stony, and mineral notes. Strawberry and cherry aromas are vibrant and fresh, not overripe. Delicate and balanced, this Pinot is a food lover’s dream. Enjoy now through 2026. Suggested pairings include seafood paella, charcuterie, and goat cheese.
