Starting from a native fermentation, this wine is un-fined, un-filtered, and is minimally processed for a pure expression of Pinot Noir. Aromas of black cherry, cassis, and rose petals fill the glass. Initially on the palate this wine is juicy, creamy, and savory. As your sip finishes elegant tannins, umami flavors, and acidity create a lasting finish.
