Our Pommard clone Pinot Noir is quite user friendly and easy to drink. The wine is un-fined, unfiltered, and made using minimal intervention techniques. Aromas of dark plum, black cherry, and clove please the senses. Initially on the palate this wine is plush and juicy, then as it sits, a savory mouthwatering sensation follows.
