BW BLANC DE NOIRS SONOMA SPARKLING
Tasting Notes
This Blanc de Noirs, or white wine from red grapes, was made from Pinot Noir sourced from Sonoma County. This sparkling wine is made from red grapes (primarily Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier), but skin contact is minimized, resulting in essentially a white wine. The wine showcases bright aromas of melon, citrus and cherry, as well as yeasty notes of graham cracker. Flavors of peach, melon, and honeydew on the mid-palate are carried through to a lengthy finish by mouthwatering acidity. The bubbles are delicate, creating a soft, creamy mouthfeel on this lively sparkling wine.
