Tasting Notes
Our 2021 Rosé of Syrah comes from Dorcich Family Vineyards in the Santa Clara Valley. The grapes were whole cluster pressed immediately after being harvested to minimize skin contact, which resulted in the beautiful light watermelon-pink color. This wine showcases lovely aromas of rose petal and wild berries. On the palate, it is both savory and fruit-forward, with notes of strawberry, cherry, watermelon, and peach. This Rosé is dry with bright, mouthwatering acidity, making it the perfect wine for a warm summer day. This wine should be enjoyed young, and served chilled.
