Compared to the other three clones grown at our estate vineyard, our 2019 Dijon clone Pinot Noir is light and elegant. This wine is terroir driven, characterized by earthy, stony, and mineral notes. Strawberry and cherry aromas are vibrant and fresh, not overripe. Delicate and balanced, this Pinot is a food lover’s dream.
